​Objective: To identify and prioritize opportunities for Local Business Development for BSP's planned Decommissioning & Restoration (D&R) programme. D&R is a programme for decommissioning BSPs offshore and onshore structures. The workshop was a great success, and was attended by internal and external participants from BSP, EDPMO, BEDB and Shell. The workshop contributed to developing a common ground between the participants, so that the various parties understand what lies ahead for the D&R programme. Furthermore, various pockets of opportunities for local businesses were uncovered, which will be further developed into actionable items by the Project Team and SCM. |
